We are working within the regulatory and professional frameworks set out by our governing body, the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC ), that guides the safe management of patients and everyone who works within our clinic environment during this challenging time:

Therefore:

• All patients are screened prior to appointments to ensure those with suspected Covid -19 symptoms do not enter the clinic and all clients are required to wear a face mask at all times when in clinic.
• Your therapist will be in full PPE for the duration of your treatment and staff have received additional accredited training in infection control measures.
• Our large private treatment room and staggered treatment times ensures that you are only in contact with your therapist for the duration of your appointment.
• Staggered treatment times also allow for our enhanced cleaning protocol between each patient, which includes disinfecting all used surfaces and equipment.
• Our treatment room also has an AirViva medical grade air purifier in situ , which continuously filters the air in the treatment room.
